Individualized regenerative approaches under the direction of Dr. Mateo Martinez.
At LYFE Regeneration, we take a highly individualized approach to regenerative wellness.
Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all protocol, each experience begins with understanding the individual — their history, goals, lifestyle, physical concerns, and what they hope to achieve.
From there, Dr. Mateo Martinez can discuss the regenerative options available through LYFE Regeneration and determine whether they are appropriate for you.
Regenerative medicine is an evolving area of medicine focused on the body’s tissues, cellular environment, structural support systems, and the biological processes involved in repair and recovery.
The term can encompass a number of different technologies and biologic products.
At LYFE Regeneration, our current regenerative offering incorporates Nano Flex, a Wharton’s Jelly–derived allograft product.
Wharton’s Jelly is the connective tissue surrounding the blood vessels of the human umbilical cord. It naturally contains an extracellular matrix rich in structural components including collagen and other matrix proteins.
The extracellular matrix acts as part of the body’s structural environment — providing scaffolding and support within connective tissues.
Every person arrives with a different story.
Different goals.
Different histories.
Different injuries and physical demands.
Different expectations.
That is why regenerative care at LYFE begins with a consultation rather than a predetermined treatment.
Your experience may include:
A PERSONAL HEALTH REVIEW
Your medical history, previous procedures, current concerns, medications, and goals are considered before treatment.
INDIVIDUALIZED PLANNING
The treatment approach and administration plan are determined based on the individual.
PHYSICIAN-DIRECTED CARE
Treatments are performed under the direction of Dr. Mateo Martinez.
FOLLOW-UP & RECOVERY GUIDANCE
Your regenerative experience does not necessarily end when the procedure does. Appropriate recovery and follow-up recommendations may be discussed as part of your plan.
Wharton’s Jelly is a naturally occurring gelatinous connective tissue found within the umbilical cord.
Its biological role during pregnancy is primarily structural: it surrounds and protects the umbilical blood vessels while helping the cord withstand compression and movement.
Wharton’s Jelly contains a naturally occurring extracellular matrix composed of structural molecules that can include:
Collagen
Hyaluronic-acid-associated matrix components
Proteoglycans
Glycosaminoglycans
Other extracellular-matrix proteins
These substances are part of the structural framework found throughout connective tissues in the human body.
Think of your cells as the inhabitants of a structure.
The extracellular matrix is part of the environment around them.
It provides mechanical support, organization, and a physical framework within tissues.
Collagen is one of the major structural proteins of this matrix and is found throughout skin, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and bone.
This structural biology is one reason Wharton’s Jelly has become an area of significant interest within regenerative-medicine research.
At LYFE Regeneration, the Wharton’s Jelly product currently used in our regenerative program is Nano Flex.
Nano Flex is produced by Platinum Biologics and is described by the manufacturer as a concentrated Wharton’s Jelly allograft.
The product originates from donated umbilical-cord tissue and contains Wharton’s Jelly extracellular-matrix material.
According to the product information supplied to us, Nano Flex is available in formulations including:
1 mL — 150 mg
2 mL — 300 mg
The specific product amount and administration approach are determined individually.
WHY WE CHOSE NANO FLEX?
Our goal is not simply to offer another regenerative product.
We want every component of the LYFE Regeneration experience to have a clear purpose.
Wharton’s Jelly provides a naturally occurring connective-tissue matrix, and Nano Flex allows us to incorporate this material into an individualized regenerative approach.
People explore regenerative medicine for many different reasons.
Some are highly active and want to support their long-term physical performance.
Some are navigating old injuries or accumulated physical wear.
Others are simply interested in emerging regenerative technologies and want to understand what options may be available to them.
Common conversations may involve:
Joint & musculoskeletal wellness
Physical recovery
Sports and activity-related concerns
Mobility and function
Connective-tissue health
Healthy aging
Performance and longevity goals
These are reasons people may seek a regenerative-medicine consultation; they should not be interpreted as claims that Nano Flex or any particular regenerative product is FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent these conditions.
01 — CONSULTATION
Your experience begins with a conversation.
Dr. Mateo & Dr. Eric review your health history, goals, areas of concern, previous treatments, and whether regenerative medicine may be appropriate to explore.
02 — PERSONALIZED PLAN
If proceeding is appropriate, your treatment is planned around your individual circumstances.
There is no universal treatment amount or protocol that is right for every person.
03 — TREATMENT
Your procedure is performed in a comfortable clinical environment under professional supervision.
The exact method and location of administration depend upon your individualized plan.
04 — RECOVERY
You will receive guidance regarding what to expect following your procedure and any relevant activity or recovery considerations.
05 — FOLLOW-UP
Progress and next steps can be evaluated based on your individual experience and goals.
Our philosophy extends beyond a single procedure.
LYFE Regeneration was created around the idea that human wellness is influenced by more than one variable.
Our broader experience may incorporate:
Regenerative Medicine
LYFE Frequency Technology
Light
Sound
Vibration
Relaxation & Recovery
Personalized Wellness Strategies
The goal is to create an environment centered around restoration, optimization, and the individual.
SCIENCE. TECHNOLOGY. FREQUENCY.
One integrated LYFE experience.
Regenerative procedures are not appropriate for everyone.
Determining candidacy requires consideration of factors such as:
Current health status
Medical history
Medications
Previous procedures
Allergies
Current infections or illness
Immune status
Pregnancy status
Treatment goals
Other individual risk factors
A consultation is required before determining whether treatment is appropriate.
What is Nano Flex?
Nano Flex is a Wharton’s Jelly–derived allograft product manufactured by Platinum Biologics. Wharton’s Jelly is the connective tissue found within the umbilical cord and contains extracellular-matrix material.
~ Where does Wharton’s Jelly come from?
~ Wharton’s Jelly comes from donated human umbilical-cord tissue.
~ Is Wharton’s Jelly the same thing as embryonic stem cells?
~ No. Wharton’s Jelly is tissue obtained from the umbilical cord and should not be confused with embryonic stem-cell products.
~ How much Nano Flex will I receive?
~ There is no single amount appropriate for everyone. Product amount and procedure planning depend on the individual and are discussed during your consultation.
~ How long does treatment take?
~ Treatment duration varies depending on the procedure and individualized plan. Our team will explain the expected timeline before your appointment.
~ Is there downtime?
~ Recovery recommendations vary depending on the type and location of the procedure. Dr. Mateo will discuss any specific post-procedure guidance with you.
~ Will regenerative medicine cure my condition?
~ No responsible practitioner can guarantee a particular outcome. Regenerative products have different regulatory statuses and levels of clinical evidence, and individual responses vary substantially. We can not claim or say or give medical advice that you will be cured.
We are not interested in simply selling a procedure.
We are interested in understanding you.
Your body.
Your goals.
Your history.
Your next chapter.
If you are interested in regenerative medicine and want to understand whether the LYFE Regeneration approach may be right for you, begin with a consultation.
YOUR REGENERATION STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION.
Regenerative medicine is an evolving field. Human-cell- and tissue-derived products may be regulated differently depending on their composition, processing, intended use, and method of administration.
The FDA states that, in general, stem-cell products require FDA approval, and the currently FDA-approved stem-cell products are blood-forming stem cells derived from umbilical-cord blood for specific disorders affecting blood production. FDA also specifically identifies Wharton’s Jelly among regenerative products for which consumers should carefully evaluate regulatory status and claims.
Information on this website is provided for general educational purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Treatments discussed on this site are not represented as substitutes for established medical care. Individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Before receiving any human-cell- or tissue-derived regenerative product, patients should be informed of the product being used, its regulatory status, potential benefits, alternatives, and known or potential risks.
